Adrian Davis is the founder and CEO of RAM Surgical Instruments.

Adrian oversees the day to day operations of the company with a special emphasis on customer service and logistics. With nearly two decades of medical device operational and management experience, Adrian developed a sharp eye for emerging trends in the business of healthcare. As an entrepreneur who quickly built RAM Surgical Instruments into one of Dallas/Ft. Worth’s most sought after providers of surgical instrument repairs, Adrian decided 10 years ago to focus on and grow the disposable medical product lines of RAM Surgical Instruments. Recently, Adrian and RAM Surgical Instruments were featured in the national publication Black Enterprise Magazine as a finalist for the 2010 Small Business of the Year after achieving a 150% increase in company sales of disposable medical products.

Ram Surgical clients have ranged from small surgery centers to large healthcare systems locally and nationally. Prior to starting Ram Surgical, Adrian held positions such as regional sales director and national accounts manager.

Alan LeBlanc
VP Sales & Marketing

Alan LeBlanc oversees the Sales and Marketing efforts at RAM Surgical Instruments.

Alan has spent the last 30+ years working with medical-device sales and marketing organizations in Fortune 100 and start-up companies. His responsibilities have included sales management, marketing, and brand management in both the surgical and non-surgical hospital setting.

Prior to RAM Surgical Instruments, Alan was a General Manager for a leading hemostasis company. He helped lead a team that grew this new franchise to over $20 million dollars in four years. Additional experience includes Sales and Marketing Management positions with several franchises of Johnson & Johnson and Cardinal Health; including Director of Marketing and National Sales Manager.

Alan earned a Bachelor's Degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and a Master's Degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.  Alan was designated a Naval Aviator in the United States Marine Corps. He spent 10 years as a Transport Helicopter Pilot in the U.S. Marine Corps and Marine Corps Reserve.
