VP Sales & Marketing
Alan LeBlanc oversees the Sales and Marketing efforts at RAM Surgical.
Alan has spent the last 30+ years working with medical-device sales and marketing organizations in Fortune 100 and start-up companies. His responsibilities have included sales management, marketing, and brand management in both the surgical and non-surgical hospital setting.
Prior to RAM Surgical, Alan was a General Manager for a leading hemostasis company. He helped lead a team that grew this new franchise to over $20 million dollars in four years. Additional experience includes Sales and Marketing Management positions with several franchises of Johnson & Johnson and Cardinal Health; including Director of Marketing and National Sales Manager.
Alan earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and a Master’s Degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Alan was designated a Naval Aviator in the United States Marine Corps. He spent 10 years as a Transport Helicopter Pilot in the U.S. Marine Corps and Marine Corps Reserve.
